About Clay Family Policy Alliance

Clay Family Policy Alliance is committed to identifying Clay County candidates that support pro-family values each election year with a Voter Guide.  The objective of the guide is to inform like-minded voters on which candidates share their worldview on a wide range of issues including some that don’t appear to have a direct relation to specific issues in the county at this time.  Those positions suggest how and from where the candidate discerns right from wrong, good from bad, legal from illegal, and the foundation to decide unknown future issues.

All candidates are mailed a questionnaire covering a broad range of issues with more than 100 questions.  When compiling the response, contrasting answers are noted and are the focus of the printed voter guide.  A cover letter is mailed along with the Survey Questions explaining to candidates that if they choose not to respond, it will be noted on the Voter Guide that they “chose not to respond”.  All Surveys are available on this website in their entirety.
